Product cartridges, some of which worked Well, but two Colors didn't work properly so I had to contact Amazon tech support and explain all the steps I did, Knicks from HP who never answered my question through the online forum and had no phone number, no email -Address. So thank god for Amazon tech support. So please keep this in mind when you decide to buy these cartridges, but once you buy them and once it works without problems then everything is fine. But if not, contact Amazon support and don't contact HP. The people at Amazon were happy to help and even sent me another box that worked and were even willing to refund my money if it didn't work. Customer service is guaranteed.
