I have a large cat that had surgery to remove a growth on her back. He will die in 5 minutes if he tries to remove the cone from his neck. So a recovery kit was needed. Limited options and I was afraid that as he is tall I would get one that would fit. I had two different brands, the other was good, but every few days he would get Houdini out and take it off and mess with the wound. Tried it and it's perfect. It's similar to lycra, very elastic, it was more comfortable for him in it, but it fits the neck and shoulders better so as not to bother it, but he couldn't take it off either. You can also pet him and he loves it. Anyway, two weeks and it's finally happening. Note that one of the arms is badly worn so I don't think I'll be able to use it again, but for $15 and two weeks it's definitely worth it.
