The machine was operational after being built out of the box and some issues I had were resolved almost immediately by the shopper support staff. ORIGINAL: As a builder and repairer, I wasn't as concerned as most when I received my MOOZ 2 without any features. Assembly was fairly easy, everything fitted as shown in the instructions, however the included touch screen was not loaded with interface software. Okay, I can talk to him through the USB connection. no luck My computer noticed that SOMETHING was plugged into that port, but good luck figuring out what it was. We have notified technical support via email. We sent them a message on Facebook. We posted in the forum. We've tried fixes that other people have found to work - booting new firmware from a FAT32 formatted flash drive - none of it worked. Right now, more than a week after I sent a message to Dobot Technical Support, for the first time I haven't heard anything at all from anyone over any channel. Whatever the type of car and the price, it can be worth hanging around for hours doing nothing. Or even wait for a replacement. For our purposes, even the time and headache required to understand what should be fairly easy was a big issue. If tech support had contacted me and helped me figure out what was really going on with it, even if the assembly turned out to be poor, I would probably ask for a replacement instead of a refund. I am currently looking for three different machines to replace in my workshop but only from companies that have faster response times than 'never'. I have no problem with Chinese companies - I have been working with and for them for many years - but if you do business in a country please be prepared to support your customers in that country.
