First off, it's real stuff, not styrofoam, which is bad for the ecosystem. I prefer this white lava stone over dark brown lava stone. Mainly because it looks better hanging in my shower. It works well. I love these two packs because I put one in my home shower and the other in my travel shower bag. How I use it: I lather my foot very well and then lightly rub each foot with this WET pumice stone. Make sure you get it wet! It gets better with every use, especially when the rough edge wears a bit. I've tried many over the years and this style is my favourite. It has a cute hanging cord so you can rinse after use and hang to dry. I hung a small stick on a hook on my shower stall wall just to hang this up. Please don't buy these fake styrofoam pumice stones! They collapse and end up in the water supply and that's all bad news. Use a real volcanic pumice stone like this one. It lasts (almost) forever and this is a product to feel good about. I recommend this product.
