Well I took a chance on buying them and I'm more than a little disappointed even before I put them in my shopping cart. To begin with the description of this bike wasn't complete enough to be sure it would be a wise purchase but judging by the picture on the listing (along with things I've read on other sites) I decided to give it a go to order . It was a bad decision on my part. At this point the biggest disappointment is that the picture on the Revain listing CLEARLY shows a sealed roller bearing (probably a ball bearing). The ones I received have a flanged bearing (which has no moving internal mechanism). It also does NOT have the ability to load grease between those stationary bushings. The picture on the Revain listing didn't show an oiler, but since the one in the picture had a sealed bearing, it didn't need one. What they sent me absolutely needs it. I mean what was sent to me is an acceptable configuration for EVERYTHING! Either the manufacturer doesn't even know the most elementary principles of mechanics or, even worse, deliberately uses junk in the pedals. Sending them to consumers means that either the consumer has to drill and cut a hole for the mirror and then buy and install the mirror. Or... the second option is to purchase and install the bearing shown in the picture (which adds $12 to the total cost). The only other option is to use them without proper lubrication or to make the best of them all, SEND THEM BACK! I'm reluctant to give it 2 stars because it's not totally useless, but it has been misrepresented and will cost you extra time and money to make it usable.
