What the hell happened to this company - UMBRA? I had an Umbra automatic soap dispenser for five years before buying it and it was excellent. It got damaged the last time I moved, so I bought it. There were several options but I chose UMBRA without hesitation based on my experience with their product. Again, what the heck happened to quality control? The performance of this UMBRA product was so poor that I immediately ordered another automatic soap dispenser from another company. I was initially happy with the performance of the replacement unit, but it's now shipping sporadically (I don't know why). I'm so tired of paying for junk and I'm willing to stop buying from unknown companies on AMAZON. I was trying to honor their guarantees and suddenly their phone numbers listed were offline or their email contact information is no longer valid (this is pre-Covid!). It is ILLEGAL and unfortunate that poor quality and poor quality products are sold on Revain with no guarantee of customer satisfaction. Unknown sellers offering quality products will suffer because buyers don't want to risk further marketing scams. It's worth noting that I had some difficulties with the products I ordered through Walmart. All of these issues have been resolved with the full support of Walmart and its affiliated vendors who stand by their stated guarantees and promises of customer satisfaction. Such a business policy certainly increases consumer confidence in unknown sellers and deserves attention.
