As my eyes age, I find that I need multiple styles of glasses. Glasses are expensive and I've spent so much on expensive glasses that I've lost them, stepped on them, sat on them, scratched them, etc. My new strategy, which I've been using for a number of years and seems to be working: buy cheap reading glasses (a strength ie 2.5 for the entire lens) and a pair of progressive lenses for driving, walking, shopping and eating out (menu). I bought these glasses (for which I am writing this review) for my glasses with progressive lenses. I wear them when I'm not sitting still and looking at a book or computer. I love the light shade, weight and style. The price is also very satisfied! I am satisfied with these glasses and would buy them again. Are they as good as the ones I've paid hundreds for? No, but the difference is negligible in my opinion.
