Image is level 10. Quality is level 10. It is a bit thin to the touch but it IS TOO SMALL! I ordered one size up and it was still too snug. I say order it, hope for the best but be prepared to send back for a bigger one. Their template they are using is NOT THE AMERICAN template that we are used to. My wife loved it. it just wont fit. All the other reviews are spot on.
