The bag was well packaged, it also included 2 straps: a chain for hanging around the neck and one for easy hanging around the arm. But one of my chains wouldn't open so I contacted the company and asked for a chain replacement and they were happy to help! The bag is beautiful, haven't used it yet, will update this to see how it holds up and how long it lasts.
