I would rather give the product 0 stars, but that's not possible. We bought this camera as a birthday present for our granddaughter. We bought her in mid-July and her birthday was in August. She opened it, we put in the battery and SD card, which must be purchased separately. I took a few photos and then stopped writing on the card. We re-inserted the map with the same result. We tried the card on another device to make sure it worked and worked. The problem was with the camera. Also couldn't return it because the birthday was more than 30 days after the date of purchase. I think it's cheap junk. I think you get what you pay for.
