Works very well. I like the fit on my arm and they protect my hand well. I would like the wrist straps to be shorter so I can put them on and take them off more easily. The bracelet is so long that it is not easy to put on or take off. Maybe an elastic bracelet. I've had other Crossfire gloves that I had to glue on every time, so they're better than the glue-on ones. They take a while to get used to, but once you hack them, they work fine. I would suggest lifting lighter weights to spread them out so you can get used to the feel of the grip as each glove is unique.
