We love this shower head! It looks great in our shower, easy to install and has so many settings and features! I like the long cord - it's very easy to clean and also handy when bathing. The water saving mode is of great importance when shaving. It's also great if you're looking for a solution to increase the height of your existing shower head, as the hand held shower sits about 6 inches higher than the fixed shower head. I only have two errors that prevented me from giving a 5 star review.1. This is not a true "oiled bronze" finish so it will not perfectly match all of our existing oiled bronze fittings. This is more or less a really dark bronze finish and not the usual black finish with bronze accents that we use for the rest of our plumbing fixtures. When switching from one shower head to another, or switching from water saver mode back to normal mode, the water comes out ice cold and should be reheated. We didn't have this issue with the newest shower head in this shower so I know it's the device and not the shower itself. I did a lot of research before deciding on a shower head and definitely feel I got the best value for money with this device. Removing the pressure regulator helped as mentioned in other reviews so make sure you do that before installing to get the best possible water pressure.
