I am very happy with this Oximeter. Besides measuring blood oxygen level and heart beat rate, it also shows each pulse in real time with an animated bar and a faint high pitch beep. The color LCD display has a gravity sensor and rotates in 4 directions just like a smart phone. The clamp is fairly easy to squeeze open for young people, but older folks may need assistance. The pinching force is just right, and the inside has foam padding. The packaging is compact and stylish. I was unable to determine if it can go up to 100%, as the highest level my family achieved was 99%.
