This is not exactly what is shown in the product photo, at least not all. If you look closely you'll see that some of the photos show this with metal legs at the bottom, and some of these with a zipper that wraps further down the sides (which would allow the top to open wider). The actual wallet I received does not have these features. It looks like a cheaper version of another product. It's still a good wallet though, and at $19 it's good value. It's really not enough. Because the opening is small/narrowed at the top, you may have trouble getting a large wallet in. I checked the measurements before ordering because I have a big fat long wallet. Unfortunately I can only lay my wallet on its side and it takes up almost the entire pocket and sticks out at the top so I can't close it. If you're using a small wallet, you should be fine. It is large enough for most large cell phones, although there is no slip pocket for a cell phone inside. Good vinyl quality. It's thick but quite stretchy, with a surface that feels more like leather than most. It arrived with no harsh chemical smells and came with a dust bag. The strap is rounded, well stitched and seems durable. It's not regulated. I'm a short person (5ft 1in) and that was about my waist height. One side of the wallet features a raised cow design, while the other side is plain ivory. It's ok if you prefer not to look like a cow sometimes. The lining is made of burgundy fabric. I really like the burgundy color, although the fabric looks pretty cheap. There is a small zip pocket on the side, and the zip closure seems to open and close without any problem.It is big enough for several feminine products or different items.
