I was excited to receive this 14K yellow gold ring with a genuine diamond and gemstone. The tear drop birthstone design with a 6X4mm pear cut stone looked elegant and delicate. However, upon closer inspection, I realized that the quality of the gemstone was not as high as I had hoped. The color was not as vibrant as depicted in the product images and the stone was slightly clouded. The halo of genuine diamonds surrounding the gemstone was a nice touch, but again, the quality of diamonds seemed lacking. They were very small and not fully sparkling. For the price of this ring, I expected higher quality gemstones and diamonds. That being said, the ring is still a beautiful piece of jewelry and the design is unique. It is available in sizes 5-10, so it can fit a range of finger sizes. However, the sizing ran slightly small, so I would recommend going up a half size when ordering. Overall, I would give this ring 3 stars out of 5. While it is a pretty piece, the quality did not match the price. If the price were lower or the quality of the gemstone and diamonds were higher, I would have given it a higher rating.
