Review on Headphones Sony MDR-1AM2, silver by Agata Kubica ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Feel free to buy, for such a price, the quality is simply amazing.

There have been zero reports of assembly problems, such as squeaks or loose screws. Both the external cups and the internal bow are made of aluminum.

Pros
  • In my opinion, the sound quality is superb across the board. You won't be interrupted as you listen to your favorite tunes. You may forget about using it as a phone case, as they won't even accommodate a standard high-resolution media player. To avoid overloading your ears, stick to lossless files and, if possible, well-mixed songs. Personally, I have a Fiio x3 mk3. At first, I had no problems hearing the music with a regular 3.5 mm connection. In spite of the fact that the impedance of the ears is just 16 ohms and a non-balanced circuit should be sufficient, I decided to give it a shot at connecting by balance anyway, because everything else I'd need aside from the adaptor was already in place. I brought an ali 4.4-to-2.5 converter and heard for the first time: this is the music my ears were made for. Suddenly they were playing in an entirely new style, with a larger playing area and a more defined, airy sound. In terms of overall fairness, I would recommend giving them a listen. Using an adaptor transforms the ears into standard domestic models, yet the change is noticeable and welcome.
Cons
  • It has a flimsy grip on the adjustment mechanism, but it functions cleanly and precisely.
