We put it to use in a commercial kitchen, and it handles its duties admirably; in just 40 seconds, our freshly baked bread gets a golden crust. Our homemade bread may be fried in almost an entire loaf's worth of oil because two slices are checked on at once in a single compartment. You don't have to frantically shake the toaster to get the crumbs out because there is a tray that can be removed and cleaned.
