My son is just over 12lbs so they are still a bit big for him but their newborn/0-3months size was so narrow that he didn't "frog" his legs could, so I was worried about his thighs. This swaddle blanket feels good and he slept well in it, but both nights he wore it he woke up with velcro scratches on his cheeks. For some crazy reason they didn't use that soft Velcro like they do with other wrap products, so it just cuts his cheeks when he tries to put his hand in his mouth. I wish I could return it! Just buy a Wumby instead, it would be worth the extra money to avoid harming your child.
