Another victim of too many videos of Steve Ramsey using those silicone glue brushes. Although I use different tools depending on project size and surface, this little brush is great for applying glue evenly, especially on a thin board. Sometimes I use a plastic window tint scraper (which I do from time to time), but other times I need to have more precise control over the application of my favorite glue, Titebond II, which I mostly keep on woodworking shelves (can never have enough glue, like staples). The rubber pins seem to stretch a bit; I haven't broken any of them yet. And yes, it's fun, as Steve said, because you don't actually have to peel it off (of course you can), but taking it off is an odd pleasure, like removing the clear protective film from new gadgets and electronics. do you still need it Well that's "good" but not necessary as there really are no limits to what can be used to apply glue, but it's one of those "WHAT LOOKS COOL!" and shut up and took my purchase money. Of course very satisfied with the product!
