I really hope it works. I haven't used deodorants full of additives for years. But at 39 I got eczema. My armpits hate lavender too. I seem to be in the 2% of the population who are allergic to it. I've tried Toms, crystal stone deodorants, and several other brands. The crystal is the least annoying, but it doesn't always last. This product seems good so far. I use 3 days. My armpits are still healing from the last round of skin irritation. But that doesn't make it worse. I think I still prefer the Schmidt brand but it's a better price. It's like a clear gel that takes some getting used to.
