I wasn't sure if I wanted this wallet or not - I had a choice between this one and the other one I ordered. One was to be for me and the other was to be a present for my elderly aunt. In the end I decided to let my aunt choose which one she liked best for her birthday. I'm a bag person whether it's a wallet or the weather with the clothes I wear so I wanted a wallet with more pockets. And this one fits perfectly! In fact, it had so many outside pockets that it took me a while to find them all. I wanted to have multiple pockets so I could organize and store different things, but at the same time allow me to grab what I'm looking for right away. Here are some of the things I would carry with me: my Kindle, my phone (base), my purse, wide-toothed comb and brush, paper and pen if I needed to write something down, keep something. loose change, my lip gloss, cigarettes/lighter and my credit card case/purse type. In the beginning I kept changing things and trying to figure out where I wanted to store things outside. Of course, tucking the Kindle in the back where there was a very wide pocket, I ended up slipping my regular phone into one of the side pockets under the straps. There are 2 of them, one on each side. My credit card holder fit in a buckle pocket, my cigarettes/lighter went in a velcro pocket next to the buckle pocket and to my surprise there was a small zippered pocket just behind the velcro pocket and even another pocket behind the velcro pocket. There was only one pocket inside that I put change in. Inside, everything else fits with a margin. As much as this wallet could hold, it still wasn't too bulky or big to carry around. It sat well on my shoulder and I had no trouble keeping it there. Oh one thing I haven't spotted for a few days, the large inside of the wallet has 2 zippers that converge in the middle. At first I didn't understand this and just used a zipper to zip up. I like the idea that if the wallet accidentally tips over, everything is closed and can't get enough sleep. I haven't had a wallet in a while so I can't attest to how long it lasts - how long it lasts. I hope this lasts as I really like this wallet!
