I've recently started smoking meat and decided to get them when I'm cooking pulled pork. I used to have to shred meat with two forks, but now I use them. I was really hoping this would be a game changer but they ended up taking about the same time as my old method (two forks). They're useful when you're first separating the meat, but after that they're too bulky to really help. I ended up using them to pull out large chunks of meat first, then backtracked with the forks to get thinner pulled pork tears.
