I like how easy it is to pull in customer information, as well their platform has been updated recently with new features that have helped us make more informed business decision when using omnify metrics for our clients' customers (we provide analytics solutions). We haven't found any major faults so far but since this was an initial implementation of one client we can only say there aren;t many drawbacks at all either! Easy access into relevant shopping behavior through omlytical's product search feature - which allows me quickly find what my target audience are looking/buying by searching specific products or categories.- The ability easily create custom reports allowing you get insight across your entire portfolio within seconds without having too much coding knowledge required.
