The ability to set up meeting agendas, send out invitations for scheduled events/meet-ups as well is easy enough that even non tech savvy people can use it! I wish there were more options available when scheduling an event other than just "all day" or specific times of each hour but this may be due only because we are still using early versions so things could change over time? We have used them now since they first started offering online services about 5 years ago with no problems at all - very user friendly interface which makes planning our annual conference easier then ever before!!
