Review on Addi Interchangeable Knitting Needle Rocket by Linda Diaz

I know that knitting needles are something very personal, like the perfume you prefer or the most comfortable shoes. For me, and I think for many knitters, Addis is the epitome of knitting needles. The connections are easy to use: plug in and twist a little and feel the "click". They DO NOT DISCONNECT! The tips are nice and smooth, which allows you to quickly move the stitches along the needle. The connection is nice and strong and heavier yarns slide over it easily. With thinner yarns, fingerings, and laces, you may feel some binding at the splice, but this is easily remedied without much effort. I have interchangeable items from several brands: Addi Turbos, Addi Short-Tip Lace, HiyaHiya Small Set, and Knit Pick Harmony (now called Options Rainbow). The Addis definitely outshine the Knit Picks and I prefer them to the HiyaHiya. In fact, I just bought an Addi Natura. I plan on giving the Knit Pick Set to a new knitter until she buys what she really needs. I only use my HiyaHiyas as a backup set in case something happens to both Addis sets of the same size at the same time. I bought this needle set to add to my long point set that I bought from another seller. based in the UK. As this is a European set, it does not contain a US5 but a European common set equivalent to US10-3/4.
