Review on DemoChimp by Derek Helvie

The ability to easily create videos, use templates for different types of content (e-books/white papers), and also have easy access to analytics is very useful! It can be difficult at times to get answers from support when you don't understand how something works or what's going wrong with your account - it would help if they could put more examples / tutorials online that show step-by-step instructions.

I've used other services before but never found one so simple & intuitive as this. We are able solve our problems related to creating eBooks, white paper creation etc., quickly without needing too many people involved.
