This durable, USA-made grapefruit knife is all I need to make a fresh fruit salad anytime with whatever ingredients I have on hand. It is great for separating pulp from the peel or peel (oranges, cantaloupes, apples, watermelons, etc.) and is very handy for cutting fruit into smaller pieces (grapes, bananas, strawberries, pineapples).
