These lights are great considering their price. I’ve had them installed around the front of my house for roughly three years now. They run dusk till dawn every day. They provide a nice diffuse soft white light that is pleasant and really shows off the house. I bought some Low-Voltage Black Replacement Cable Connector (2-Pack) from Home Depot locally and soldered the connections to the lights. I also rigged up some PVC connectors and used Hampton Bay outdoor light surface mounts toattach these to my fascia boards for up lighting the second story of the house.After three years they have started to die off. I replaced 6 (out of 20 total) so far. For the price paid I’m not really concerned. It takes all of 10 minutes to pull a light, cut the connector off, and solder to the new lights. I keep a spare set of lights around just for this purpose.
