UPDATE 8/4/20 An electronic communications error appears to have caused delays in responses between the parties. After clarification, I found that the GOVEE CS team responds quickly to the customer's needs and not only replaces the device, but also upgrades it to a device with 6 sensors. The replacement works exactly as advertised and works surprisingly well with the app. . Someone did their homework. I am very happy with the device and the company overall for releasing an inexpensive useful product with excellent CS backup. UPDATE 07/14/2020. The seller promised to send an additional unit to extend the time to return the original defective unit. Disappointed. Tried to contact them several times but no response. NO PRODUCT SUPPORT! Beware. Was excited to use it while there is no reference. Both sensors are intermittent on each input port. From experience I assume a). bad/sloppy landing; bad soldering +/or super cheap/bent M/F sockets and plugs. I decided to replace hoping it was just an accident. Just take a look. Nice little tool when it works.
