The brush head is unstable, which makes it impossible to use it as intended.

Difficult to use. When brushing, the brush head wobbles back and forth, making cleaning difficult. The brush head was designed to rock too back and forth for you to switch from brush to squeegee, but the design is flawed as it tips over when you don't want it to. Also, the brush head came off when it fell and I couldn't put it back on. It doesn't work well and I think it's a waste of money.

Pros

Durable and functional: the cleaning brush is made of polypropylene and stainless steel, two bristles effectively remove stains from rough and hard floors.
