If I could give 10/5 stars I would because my tech boutique experience was amazing. Tech Boutique is an authorized Garmin dealer and it shows. My watch arrived in a Garmin refurbished block box, everything securely packaged including instructions and quick start guide. Not to mention Tech-Boutique sent in their own bug fix card! The watch itself is amazing, not a single scratch, dent or defect found; I'm still not entirely sure if it's not a new device. The battery has an impressive lifespan (I had over 3 days on a single charge and heavy use) and charged from 49% to 98% in about 30 minutes. The watch and Connect app are intuitive, styling is minimal but not boring, and accuracy is top-notch. Highly recommend shopping at tech boutique and highly recommend Garmin vivoactive 3!
