Hole in the ground after 2 months.

Well it's been a little over 2 months since I received this laptop bag and use it like every other day and only now discovered a hole in the bottom. I am not sure how long it was torn. I loved this bag so much but now that it has a hole so shortly after receiving it? I'm not sure anymore how durable it is. Supposedly it has a guarantee, I'll try to find out and update my review accordingly.
