Nothing but problems. Missing advertised features on arrival like split screen. Tech support did nothing and kept telling me to do the same thing which didn't work the first 20 attempts we tried to update it. As far as I can tell you can never talk to a person so they can just copy and paste the same useless letter in broken English and send it to you. They also have an online FAQ that focuses on both their English and their product development. Good luck if your block stops working you will need it. We have three cameras. A camera slowly started to lose range and is now not displayed on the monitor. Now the second camera does the same and seems to die. This product had great potential but brought nothing but disappointment. Wait for another competing product or this one to mature before buying. I don't like beta testing products designed to protect my kids, and I don't think you will. We have too many things that keep us awake without losing sleep because your baby monitor won't work.
