I currently have three of these devices installed in my home. Two outdoors under a covered porch and one in my garage. I am very happy with the design, features and overall performance of these fans. So much so that I've ordered a fourth for the house. They move a lot of air, are quiet and don't wobble. Oh k I had one that was wobbly but I found it was because the box it was on was actually installed incorrectly. (The box in the ceiling moved causing the fan to oscillate) As soon as I attached the back box the wobble was gone. You will not be disappointed. The CFMs it moves are great and worth the price for the size and functionality in my opinion. It has a reversing switch, but it's on top of the fan. So you will need a ladder to put it up in the winter months. I live in Hawaii so I will never use it. ONE NOTE: Make sure the switch (above) is in the correct position when installing, mine was in the middle position (on the garage fan) and it didn't work even though I connected it wrong. But in the end it was the wrong switch position. Basically OFF!
