The purity of an essential oil can be tested by dripping a little onto a piece of paper and letting it dry. If there is a ring, it means the oil has probably been diluted with another substance and is less pure. You can see the result. BUT it is very cheap. If you dilute it for topical use I'd say it's worth the money. Not the best oil for aromatherapy. Great spray before a bowel movement. Throw anything down the toilet (especially from a spray bottle) and the strong scent will work as a cover-up and deodorant. An oil that fails the purity test will also form a "skin" on the water and keep the smell out!
