Cute holiday dress.
This is a cute little cotton/spandex dress for the holidays. We had a drive-through holiday event at school and I wanted an inexpensive "costume". This dress fit the bill. The top fit was like a fitted "Baby T" and the bottom half fit like a fun and swingy skirt.
