I like that there's flexibility in terms of how we can use this service, it gives us options not available elsewhere but at times you have to be flexible when using any SaaS product or tool. It has been difficult getting our team fully onboarded because some members prefer more traditional methods (e-mail etc.) which doesn't seem possible if one uses an online platform only. We're solving problems relating to employee retention by providing them access to courses tailored specifically towards their needs without having to travel too far from home - they also don't have to worry about taking time off work!
