I'm sure some people would find this very useful. But I have arthritis in my thumb and some fingers. I didn't even last 15 minutes. I had to stop after about 8 minutes - and my hand is killing me more now than when it started. Tried it 2 times and failed both times. And this is what my hand looked like. I can't imagine what they will look like after a full 15 minutes! "Polka Dots" on hands will disappear after about 15 minutes. The hand takes longer. So. I'm so disappointed that this wasn't the answer to my arm pain. It wasn't for me, but it might be for you!
