I placed the system on the floor, away from the wall and didn't move it. It worked the first time I turned it on. The second time I turned it on and tried to increase the speed from 3 to higher, the E6 error code appeared. There is no customer service number listed in the manufacturer's operating instructions. There is no link to fix an error. Needless to say I sent the product back. I also received an email from Revain confirming that the return was approved. I was shocked to read in the confirmation that Revain had warned that I would be charged the original cost if the item was not returned to them. What an absurdity! I handed over the goods to UPS. I have a return slip. my work is done I am absolutely shocked that Revain expects me to follow up on the performance of the national delivery service they tested. Read consumer fine print. Everything is not what it seems!
