Does not work for ALL DisplayPort connectors
If your DisplayPort does not support HDMI/DVI and HDMI/DVI adapters, then this EDID emulator is also not supported. I wish I had known that before buying. I bought two of these for different computers. Both computers work with DisplayPort monitors. One works perfectly. On the other hand, DisplayPort doesn't work with my HDMI adapter. It also doesn't recognize this EDID emulator at all. I noticed that the computer running it shows the fake monitor as a "DVI-D" monitor and not a DisplayPort monitor. I'm assuming that doesn't work.
