I desperately needed a document camera to take my courses online. All I can say about this Ladibug DC125 is that it works. But hardly. A week later I was getting ready for class and the camera wasn't working - I had to reinstall the Ladibug program to get it working again. The program was written for Windows XP and Windows Vista. The video files created are .avi files which my Windows 10 computer cannot even play with Windows Media Player. And all the .avi to .mp4 video conversion software sites look like very dubious characters that I don't trust enough to use. I finally booted up an old Windows 7 machine and its Windows Media Player version was able to play videos. Lumens Ladibug "Support" only does 3 things - allows you to register your purchase, download the software and manual, and fill out a warranty service form. There is no phone number, no support chat, no email support, no user community, no FAQ. Ladibug is the only document camera I've used, but if I had to buy another I'd buy anything but Ladibug, the scope is invisible
