Cleanest, safest water bottle

I love my Kablo water bottles. I have 32oz and 21oz GENERATION 2 bottles. I love the feeling of drinking from a clean and safe glass bottle, for the environment and for me: no plastic, and every detail is dishwasher safe, including the lid. I bought my first 32oz bottle for a health trip around the world. I LOVED that I could pour boiling water into my Kablo bottle to sterilize it (not sure if that's a technical term but you get what I mean: I was able to wash the bottle with boiling water in one place, where the tap water was undrinkable) . The opening diameter is large enough to facilitate cleaning and drying. ***** Be sure to buy 2nd generation bottles as the caps are different from 1st generation bottles. I had a first generation bottle and the lid wasn't dishwasher safe and the inside was plastic. The lid was the only thing I didn't like about my 1st gen Kablo. I left it in the sink with dishwater for too long and the water got between the plastic trim and the metal lid. I put it in the oven to dry and the lid ended up melting. But I'm glad I did because when I reordered, the 2nd generation model was available with a redesigned cap. I LOVE THE NEW CAPS! One-piece stainless steel part with silicone ring that can be removed for cleaning. No plastic and no glued parts for water to penetrate. love love love I haven't had any leakage issues with the 2nd generation caps. Just don't force it. Maintain a loose grip until the strands grab the way you want, then tighten as tight as you want. Forcing it in the beginning can result in false threading. This will not damage your bottle or cap, but will make room for the water to flow.

Pros
  • Great value
Cons
  • Unbelievable price
