Superior Hydration Pack

Review for"CamelBak Fourteener 26 Hiking Hydration Pack - 100 oz." Promise: The manufacturer claims that the Air Support Back Panel is designed with body-mapping technology to target the heat-generating areas of the to ventilate the body during exercise. Keep the load close to your body for extra stability. There's also a dual waist belt with an internal weight belt that transfers weight to the hips, while an external belt compresses the load and provides additional storage. The adjustable sternum strap offers a range of settings for a customized fit and improved stability. Finally, the backpack has a spacious inner pocket and an elastic overflow pocket on the outside. Reality: The backpack is small and divided into two main compartments. The rear compartment, closest to the body, holds a 100-ounce water bladder. When it's full, there's no room for anything else. The main compartment is large enough to hold supplies for day trips and is well proportioned. The main compartment has two mesh panels on the back fabric for things you need quick access to, such as a wallet. B. wallet and keys. There is an outer slip pocket made of thin material to store items you need without opening the backpack. The backpack fabric itself borders on sturdiness and the small zippers feel secure with matching reinforced pull tabs. The Air Support System consists of four pads in each quadrant of the pack's back that is in contact with the body. They offer support and are comfortable. The backpack straps are wide enough to provide the support you need, and the hip belt is wide enough to shift the load to your hips as promised. On the left side of the belt there is a zippered pocket for valuables or small items that are easy to access (knives, keys, money). The stitching feels very secure and if this backpack is up to CamelBak standards it should last quite a while. Conclusion: Great daypack with integrated drinking system. Reliable and big enough for day trips. Backed by CamelBak's standard lifetime warranty. Excellent work.
