I ordered this shampoo and conditioner for a review. When I first opened it, my first impression was of a grapefruit clearly sent. If you love the smell of fruit, you'll love this set. As for me, I was more interested in trying. But it turns out I might not like the smell of grapefruit, at least not as strong as this one. However, I deduct 1 point for this personal preference. Both bottles are a bit small, but this is a very pleasant product to hold. It's thick and powerful, and it doesn't take a lot of product to create a nice lather upon application. Both the shampoo and conditioner worked great on my hair. Both rinsed out well and left my hair shiny and smooth like any good hair product should be. Now for problems. As you can see from the photos, there was a problem between the factory and my house. The outer plastic seal was broken and the inner seal of each bottle was broken and the caps were not properly on the bottles resulting in both containers leaking. I don't know how the lids started to come off while still in the box, but I'm hoping it was a one-off manufacturing defect. I'll add one more point to the above as already small bottles had different fill levels. Both are not as complete as the product should have been when they arrived. It wasn't a new problem either as all the residue on the outer seal had hardened and the package I received contained no substance. Otherwise this is a good 4 star product and a 5 star if you are obsessed with the smell of grapefruit.
