Review on BLACK DECKER TO3265XSSD Toaster Silver by Jami Harrison

The hot air blower only worked in deep fryer mode, but not in normal oven baking mode, like a conventional hot air oven. My mom has a regular Black and Decker convection oven with a very wide convection that has a convection fan that runs when the oven's normal bake setting is used. Why was the convection fan not working in the Black and Decker Crisp'n Bake Heavy Duty Convection Oven Model #TO3265XSSD in normal bake mode? A Black and Decker customer service representative told me that the convection fan runs slower and quieter in regular oven bake mode than in fryer mode. I turned on the regular oven bake setting and used a piece of tissue paper to see if I could detect any air movement in the oven. I found the air didn't move at all so I sent it back for a refund. I'll probably buy another one and see if it works properly. If the new one works like a convection oven should, I'll be very happy to keep it and give it 5 stars.
