These are for my wife. Here's her take: I've worn them to play golf on 9 and 18 holes. They were very comfortable all the time and had a good grip. After reading some of the reviews I decided to order. I thought they were prime, if they don't fit I can send them back. I wear insoles in boots and usually have a width of 7.5. In normal New Balance sneakers I have the 8 reg. for comfort reasons I have chosen 8 regular in golf shoes. I took out the regular gasket/insert and put in my own inserts. Worked great and didn't think about my legs at all while playing golf. I love her.
