Media could not be loaded. The car is heavy and looks well built, but I wonder if I suffer from not being well built. Maybe a special Friday at 4:59 p.m. The wire is not well guided, I can handle it. It just means it's not smooth inside, but for the price I'd expect that. The squirming motor bothers me and I tried tightening it but it didn't help. The motor on the opposite side still won't spin. I've emailed support. And this, FYI, is the only way to get them. cs@creality.com. I'll see how long it takes for them to reply. The bed is difficult to level, but other than making the printer much more expensive, I don't see any other option. I have an AS degree in Industrial Manufacturing with a major in Welding and Machining, so I understand that the bed needs to be level. The tower also needs to be perpendicular to the bed frame, and I did that with a drafting square, but you can do that with a machine or carpenter's square as well. It was very easy to do. I printed a small XYZ calibration cube before realizing the motor was installed incorrectly but it turned out fine but looks a bit rough. It's a fun little car and as long as I can fix the engine part I'm happy with my purchase. In case someone is new and interested in speed. It took about 1.4 hours to print this little cube. I will edit my review as soon as I return it or fix the engine issue. 12/26/2020Update. Went from 3 stars to 1 star. The rotating engine was a curved shaft. After waiting a few days for a response from customer service, I called Amazon and sent mine back and requested a new one. I'm always willing to give people another chance. It took me about a week to receive it. Seems ok but noisy. One day the filament broke so I remade the extruder head and changed the tip and all of a sudden it was silent except for the fans. It was cool, but it showed that they had done a poor job assembling the printhead. Leveling the bed is a pain so I got the BL-Touch and spent a day fixing it. When installing the BL Touch, I found that one of the mounting screws holding the electrical cover was missing and a hole was never drilled for it, and the other was so tight that I ripped it off when trying to close the cover remove, but that was the smallest of my adventures. Then I tried to run a calibration print but nothing printed. I spent all day troubleshooting, only to find that the motor pushing the filament suddenly starts to reverse. How is this even possible when I just connected BL touch and updated the firmware. If I don't do it before December 29th. I return to Revane. If I had a gun, I would have pierced it already. I also have a laser but I'm afraid to put it on. This can cause the machine to explode. By the way, after reading the parts exchange policy, it takes more than 25 days to get the replaced parts after sending the defective parts. 01/11/21 The overall design is very poor. I recently discovered that the extruder head cover is made of very soft plastic. Part of it actually melted, and at one point I overtightened the bolt and ripped it off. I have a BL touchscreen that works, but it starts to print very slowly. I switched to a Capricorn bowden tube to see if it would improve performance. I'm weird, I like fixing things and fixing bugs so I throw that back at them. After much reading and research, I wish I had Ender 3. The reviews are better and it's a much more mature creation. I'm sticking with three stars.
