Walked around the company tried to help but there is definitely a language barrier. The network did not help. I ended up just erasing the OS and installing my own Windows 10. The hardware is good. My 65mm GPU just fits perfectly. 8 fans is good. 128GB SSD is good. They should explain where the reset switch plugs in, look near the 2nd PCIe slot. The case arrived at my house undamaged. The power pack requires an input voltage of 220 volts! (more efficient) If you apply 120 volts, according to the company, you only get 1000 watts. Not enough for multiple GPUs. (I bought a step-up transformer from ROCKSTONE Power for the 220V supply.)
