The Soothing Deactivator arrived quickly with no problems. It is very easy to assemble. The e-liquid bottle is quite heavy, which prevents the device from fitting properly in the socket. I can support it to make it work properly. I didn't realize at first that the light is actually a switch, so after a few hours I turned it off the first time I used it. There is very little smell when using this fragrance but I really like it as some fragrances are so strong that it is uncomfortable. After plugging it in for a few hours I noticed that my two puppies are actually calmer than usual which is HUGE for me as they are both very restless which can be exhausting for pet owners at times. I would recommend this product to help with puppy anxiety. I found that the plug gets very hot, so I don't leave it plugged in.
