It has a lot of features and customization is key. The product is very good and it has helped me automate a lot of processes. The product has been very easy to use and has allowed us to see a lot of data. The only thing I dislike is that the product is very expensive. I am solving problems in the area of inventory, shipping and order fulfillment.
